Furious Kerry Katona 'set to write tell-all book about arch enemy Katie Price'

There's still no love lost between former best friends Kerry Katona and Katie Price, who fell out in spectacular style last year.

The pair became so close after starring in the 2004 series of reality TV show I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here!, which Katona won, that the former Atomic Kitten singer was a bridesmaid at Price's 2006 wedding to Peter Andre.

But according to Closer magazine, a war of words between the pair has now become so vicious Katona is considering penning a tell-all book about the glamour model, better known as Jordan, and her allegedly disloyal behaviour.

A source told the publication: 'Kerry is furious about some of the things Jordan has said about her recently. She thinks she's insecure and hypocritical and wants the world to know who the real Jordan is.

'She's been seriously considering writing a book about their friendship.'

Katona, 28, and Price, 30, first fell out a year ago when the model hit out at Katona's husband Mark Croft for confiscating her mobile phone so he could monitor her calls.

There followed a series of bitchy comments directed at one another in the press.

Most recently, mother-of-three Price criticised Jade Goody, who recently had surgery to combat cervical cancer, in a magazine interview.

Price said: 'I can't believe she's paid for interviews on subjects that people are really traumatised by.'

But mum-of-four Katona jumped to Goody's defence and hit back: 'Jordan has had a pop at Jade for selling her story. I can't believe it - she's got cancer for f***'s sake!

'It's so hypocritical - everything Jordan does is in the papers. She feels the need to have an opinion about everyone else, but she sells her soul to the press, so why shouldn't other people?'
