Simon Cowell's 'girl' Jasmine's most outrageous secret ... her sister is top Tory totty

She’s the bisexual reality TV star who battled drug addiction and was accused of having an affair with Simon Cowell.

But society beauty Jasmine Lennard has an even more shocking secret - her sister is a brilliant Oxford graduate and rising star of David Cameron’s Conservative Party.

Blonde Jessica Lennard, 26, works as a campaign manager at Tory headquarters in Westminster.

She was hired by Greg Barker, the Shadow Environment Minister and one of Cameron’s closest friends and advisers.

After wowing party colleagues at last week’s conference in Birmingham with her trenchant views and striking looks, there is already talk of the blue-eyed law graduate being parachuted into a safe Tory seat.

Jessica and Jasmine, 23, are the daughters of actress Marilyn Galsworthy - most famous for being eaten by a shark in the Bond movie The Spy Who Loved Me - and fashion designer Brian Lennard, who built a fortune with his Sacha shoe empire.

They were brought up in Belgravia, Bel Air and the Cote d’Azur and picked up from school every day in a Rolls-Royce until their father gambled away the family fortune.

Brian was a notorious playboy and Marilyn is even reported to have named their three daughters - the other sister is Pandora, 19 - after his three mistresses to
cock a snook at ‘the women who didn’t make it’.

Despite their bohemian heritage, Jasmine and Jessica - whose grandmother was one of the original Dior and Chanel models - now have little in common except their cut-glass accents.

Lapping up the limelight: Jasmine licks the face of Simon Cowell's waxwork at a party in Madame Tussauds

Brunette Jasmine has a CV that boasts an appearance on the TV talent search series Make Me A Supermodel, in which she infuriated judge Rachel Hunter by calling her ‘spotty, finished and fat’.

She spent much of her teens so wasted on drugs that at one stage she was given just six months to live.

At 14 she was on the Pill, kept marijuana spliffs under her pillow and smashed up her mother’s car.

By 17 she had stolen thousands of pounds from her mother to pay off drug dealers and even checked into five-star London hotels for three-day sex-and-drug orgies, with bowls filled with high-grade cocaine.

At the height of her addiction Jasmine changed schools eight times before enrolling in a local college.

Two years ago it was reported that Simon Cowell had been cheating on his long-term partner Terri Seymour, enjoying a torrid six-month affair with Jasmine.

The model was spotted entering Cowell’s house just before midnight on the eve of her 21st birthday wearing a heavy fur coat in 81F heat with just racy black lingerie underneath.

The pair were then said to have spent an hour and a half together on a downstairs sofa before heading to his bedroom.

After the story of the liaison was published, Cowell paid a large sum to keep a picture of Jasmine leaving his house off the market.

Jasmine, who had a cameo role in Guy Ritchie’s gangster movie Revolver, has also spoken openly of her sexual attraction to women as well as men.

She once said: ‘Being with a woman is a totally different sexual experience. They’re soft, with curves, boobs and sensual lips.’

By contrast, Jessica - who speaks fluent French and Spanish and plans to learn Russian and Mandarin - has been single for more than a year after the break-up of a long-term relationship with a Cambridge graduate.

Educated at St Paul’s Girls’ School in London, she won a place at St Hilda’s College, Oxford, to read law.

There she fought a campaign to force the then all-female college to drop its ban on men, saying: ‘We want to get rid of the unfair stereotype that if you go to St Hilda’s you are either a lesbian, completely insane or stupid.’

After graduating with an upper-second, Jessica went on to take a masters degree in politics at the London School of Economics, securing a first.

Her first job was with corporate lawyers Linklaters, who gave her a prestigious posting to the firm’s Paris office. She then joined bankers Credit Suisse, but decided she really wanted to be involved in politics, where she could develop her interest in green issues.

Jessica, who lives in Kensington, West London, is one of a new breed of attractive, upper-crust girls - nicknamed Cameron’s Cuties - who have become involved with the Conservatives as they, rather than Labour, become the sexy party.
