The 25-year-old stripped down to her floral bikini and splashed about in the swimming pool of the £2,000-per-night villa, with a personal butler at her disposal.
Alex was holidaying with a pregnant Jude Cisse, wife of ex-Liverpool star Djibril and Thierry Henry's former wife Claire.
The young WAG has recently been living the high life as her husband lavishes her with gifts.

Earlier this month she was seen driving her £100,000 Mercedes C class AMG, a Christmas present from Gerrard, while totting a £1,500 Zagliani python-skin handbag.
The holiday will be welcome relief from recent troubles at home last year.
In December four masked raiders broke into her £3million mansion while her two young daughters slept upstairs.
She was confronted by the intruders after they hammered down a back door.

She said: "It was absolutely terrifying, a horrendous experience."
The robbers escaped with jewellery worth thousands of pounds. It was the sixth raid in 18 months on the home of a Liverpool player.
Gerrard has since employed a security team at the family's home.
