The Resident Evil star, who is engaged to director Paul Anderson, went out with three-month old daughter Ever Gabo Anderson to Il Fornaio restaurant in Beverly Hills, with her mother Galina.
Little Ever sat coddled in a sling Milla wore across her body, while dressed in a a T-shirt reading: "I got my mind on my mommy".

Looking fresh-faced without make-up and dressed casually, Milla proudly showed off her daughter to waiting photographers before entering the restaurant.
Milla famously gained a whopping 5 stone in just four months while pregnant earning her the nickname 'enormous Milla'.
And last month, just two months after giving birth, to daughter Ever Gabo Anderson, she unveiled her trim post-partum body.

The hardworking actress also doubles as a successful fashion designer and has launched the label Jovovich Hawk with design partner Carmen Hawk, to regain her pre-baby shape.
She began pre-production on new film "Azazel" last month, which is due for release next year.
Milla and her fiance Paul W.S. Anderson met when he directed her in the 2002 action horror flick Resident Evil.
She also starred in the film's two sequels, which Anderson wrote and produced.
