As she strolled through Chelsea in London, the glamorous actress tipped to win the hit BBC show popped into the opticians and spent half an hour trying on various pairs of glasses.

Cherie, with partner James Jordan, is a favourite to win the sixth series, scoring the highest number of points in the first two weeks, and racking up the top points again during the her dance last week.
Yet maybe it was during training for her sure-footed performance - a rigorous process each and every week - that led her to consider glasses.

Either way she spent a good 30 minutes browsing, although she is believed to have left empy-handed.
Judge Craig Revel Horwood said: 'Every single bit of you worked the dance. You were fabulous.'
Theatre choreographer Arlene Phillips agreed: 'That left a bump in my throat. That was beautiful.'
At 56, Cherie is the oldest contestant on the show.

The single mother has a 22-year-old daughter, Nathalie, from her eight-year relationship with director Roland Joffe, and says she enjoys the single life.
'I've been a single parent for a long time,' she says. 'It reminds me of being a waitress. As you walk back to the kitchen, requests come at you from all sides. You're doing the job of two - you have to be highly organised.'
She added: 'I don't mean that I am frantically busy trying to fill a void left by not having a partner to spend my time with. I just happen to enjoy a genuinely fulfilling life.'
So it seems her glass is always half-full. Now she just needs the glasses.
